We offer free shipping inside Israel for orders over 250₪

Shipping methods in Israel:

- Registered mail, arrives within 4-9 business days. / free / 20₪
- Courier delivery to your door step within 1-2 business days / 40₪

International shipments:

Arrives within 7-14 business days / 45₪
 

Pickup:

We will contact you via WhatsApp and email when your order is ready, to schedule a pickup time from our studio in Haifa.

FULFILLMENT TIME:

Every order is custom made in our studio, and it takes a few days and up to two weeks to prepare it before shipping. 

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. If you have trouble receiving this email, please check your spam folder or contact us for support.

WARRANTY EXCHANGE & REFUND

When first shipping an item back to us in case of exchange, refund or warranty claim, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to us, and we will cover the shipping cost back to you. In the event of multiple exchanges, the customer will pay for the shipping cost.

DELAYED PACKAGES:

We have established partnerships with all our carriers and aim to deliver all packages within the mentioned time frames. We will not be held responsible for any package delayed due to weather, incorrect address information or carrier related issues which are out of our control. Evan so we will do our best to resolve each issue for all our customers in regards to reshipments, claims or lost packages.

In the event a package has been lost, gone missing or cannot be confirmed with tracking data we will process a reshipment of the order. Packages that show a confirmed delivery by the carrier will be investigated and not eligible for a refund until resolved. If your package does not show up, or arrive damaged, please contact us with your order details.

CUSTOMS, TAXES AND DUTIES:

Customs taxes or local import charges are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover any additional charges or costs for the final handoff of the package to your destination or country. Please note these charges change based on country laws and policies and we cannot calculate the amounts. If a package is returned due to refusal of customs fees and taxes, refunds will not be granted.
